Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-28. Applies to pawpalpop.com and its apps. See also our Privacy Policy.
These terms are an agreement between you and GSLK Investments LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"), the company behind PawPalPop. By creating an account, or by using PawPalPop as a guest, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PawPalPop.
These terms include an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver, which affect how disputes between us are resolved. You can opt out within 30 days. See Disputes.
What PawPalPop does
You choose a source video (one of our trends, or a video of your own) and upload a photo of a pet. We use artificial intelligence to make a short video of your pet performing it. Before you pay, you see a free, watermarked preview. When you approve it, we make the video. Finished videos are kept in your Gallery, where you can watch, download, remake at another quality, or delete them.
Results are made by AI. They can be imperfect or unexpected, and we do not promise a particular look, likeness or outcome. The free preview is there so you can decide before you pay.
Who may use it
PawPalPop is available to residents of the United States only. By using it you confirm that you are a US resident, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are legally able to enter this agreement. We do not verify your location or age; we rely on what you tell us, and we may close an account if we learn otherwise.
You also may not use PawPalPop if you appear on any US sanctions or restricted-party list, or if your use of it would break any law that applies to you.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly at info@pawpalpop.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account.
- You can sign in with email and password, or with Google.
- You can use PawPalPop as a guest. A guest's clips belong to that browser and are deleted about 48 hours after the browser was last used, unless you create an account first.
What you upload
- Your pet, or permission. Upload only a photo of a pet that is yours, or one whose owner has given you permission. You confirm this each time you upload.
- Your video, or the rights to it. If you upload your own source video, you must own it or have the rights to use it this way, including the permission of anyone who appears in it. You confirm this each time you upload.
- Pets, not people. The photo you upload must be of a pet, not a person. Don't use PawPalPop to make videos of real people. A source video may show people; we may detect and blur their faces as part of making your video.
- Not allowed: anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or deceptive; anything that infringes someone else's rights; and anything that shows an animal being harmed. Our content filter may stop a preview or a video. If you think it got it wrong, you can appeal from the clip's page or through Help.
Your content and your videos
What you upload stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store, copy, process and change it in order to run PawPalPop for you: to make your previews and videos, which includes sending your photo and video to the AI providers that make them; to check them against our content rules; to keep them in your Gallery; and to look at a clip when you ask us for help or appeal a decision. That permission lasts as long as we hold the content. We do not publish your uploads or your videos, and we do not use them to train AI models.
You may use the videos you make for your own personal use and to share on social media and other services, subject to these terms and to the rights of anyone in your source video. Videos are made with AI and may carry a PawPalPop watermark and an AI-generated label in the file; do not remove a label where a platform requires one. Trend source videos are licensed to us: you may use the finished video, but not the trend video on its own.
Our content
PawPalPop, its software, its design, its trends and its branding are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use PawPalPop while you follow these terms. Nothing else is granted.
Credits, plans and payments
- Previews are free. You are charged only when a video starts being made, and the charge is shown on the button before you approve it.
- Credits and free generations. A video uses a free generation or credits, as shown before you approve. Plans give credits and free generations each month; unused plan credits do not carry over to the next month. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Failed videos. If a video fails after you approved it, the credits or free generation it used are returned to your account automatically. Once a video has started it cannot be cancelled.
- Plans renew. Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Account, under Manage billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund or these terms say otherwise. We may change prices; a change never affects a month you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your plan.
Automated generation
PawPalPop uses automated systems, including AI models run by third-party providers, to make previews and videos and to check content against our rules. Those systems can be wrong. Check a preview before you approve it.
What you may not do
Do not use PawPalPop to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to PawPalPop, to anyone else's account, or to any connected system. Do not scrape it, resell it, use automated access, or try to get around its limits, charges or content filter. Do not use it, or anything you take from it, to build or train a competing product or model. Do not do anything that places an unreasonable load on PawPalPop or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Copyright and takedowns
We respect copyright and expect you to. If you believe something on PawPalPop infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):
DMCA Agent

info@pawpalpop.com
Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the material you say infringes it, and where it is on PawPalPop (a link or the clip's address), so we can find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who uploaded it, with a copy of the notice. We may not act on a notice that is missing any of these.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send our agent a counter-notice. It must include your signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you're outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We send the counter-notice to that person. If they don't tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material where we still can, or let you upload it again.
Repeat infringers. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
Knowingly making a false claim in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about PawPalPop, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.
Third-party services
PawPalPop relies on services we do not control, including Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and the platforms you choose to post your videos to. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PawPalPop running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. Where we can, we will give reasonable notice of a material change.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PawPalPop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to PawPalPop is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of PawPalPop, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.
Ending it
You can delete any clip from your Gallery at any time; its video and photos are deleted for good, and the record of what you paid is kept. To close your account, email info@pawpalpop.com.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if you repeatedly infringe others' rights, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide PawPalPop to you would create a legal or security risk. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents us. When your account closes, your right to use PawPalPop ends, and we handle your information as set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive do survive, including those on your content, our content, liability, indemnification and disputes.
Disputes
Read this section carefully. It requires individual arbitration instead of a court or a jury trial, and it prevents you from taking part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days, at no cost and with no effect on your account.
Talk to us first
Before either of us starts an arbitration, whoever has the complaint must send the other a written Notice of Dispute and allow 60 days to resolve it. Send yours to info@pawpalpop.com, with your name, the email address on your account, what happened and when, what you want us to do about it, and your signature. We will send ours to the email address on your account. Neither of us may begin an arbitration until those 60 days have passed, and any deadline for bringing a claim is paused while this step runs.
Agreement to arbitrate
Except for the carve-outs below, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, PawPalPop or our relationship, on any theory, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
What arbitration does not cover
Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, as long as it qualifies and stays there, or ask a court for injunctive or other equitable relief for actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
How arbitration works
Arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and where they apply its rules for multiple case filings, as modified by this section (adr.org). One arbitrator decides the case and may award the same individual relief a court could. Claims under US$25,000 are decided on written submissions unless the arbitrator decides a hearing is needed; any hearing is held by video or telephone unless you ask for one in person, in the county where you live. Fees are allocated under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The decision is final and binding.
No class actions
You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, representative or private attorney general proceeding. If a court decides this paragraph is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim is severed and heard in court; everything else in this section still applies.
If many similar claims are filed at once
If 25 or more demands raising substantially similar claims are filed against us by claimants represented by the same or coordinated counsel, they are grouped into batches of up to 50, each treated as a single arbitration; the first two batches proceed first while the rest are paused (with limitation periods paused too), followed by a single global mediation before the remaining batches proceed.
Opting out
You can opt out of this entire Disputes section by emailing info@pawpalpop.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with the subject line Arbitration opt-out and your name and the email address on your account. Opting out changes nothing else. If you do not opt out within 30 days, this section binds you.
Changes to this section
A later change to this section does not apply to a dispute for which a Notice of Dispute has already been sent. You may reject a change by emailing us within 30 days of being told about it. This section survives the closure of your account.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute between us are governed by the law of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the Disputes section. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law in the state where you live. Where the Disputes section does not apply, claims will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
General
Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Severability. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it. Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about PawPalPop. Electronic communications. We will send notices to the email address on your account or show them in PawPalPop. Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of providers we rely on.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update the version date at the top of this page, tell account holders, and ask you to agree to the new version before you continue using PawPalPop.
